Terms of Use

The use of the Ohio Wesleyan University forum is a privilege, not a right. As such, OWU reserves the right to moderate content, and/or suspend use of the forum, for an individual, group, or in its entirety, at any time.

These Terms of Use are in addition to, and not a replacement for, the Terms of Use at: www.owu.edu/terms.html

Violations of the Affirmitive Action Plan, and/or the Policy on Sexual Harassment, will result in immediate suspension of use.

Unauthorized use will not be tolerated. Any person(s) who engage in unauthorized use may be prosecuted.

Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

• Use of the forum without the privilege to do so.
• Engagement in profanity, which is not limited to: language, images, and/or publishment of web addresses that lead to profane material(s).
• Engagement in discrimination, which is not limited to: race, sex, religion, and/or sexual orientation.
• Engagement to make a threat of violence, implied or real, towards any person.

Registered users are advised to use care when sharing personal information. Registered users should not share any information that they do not wish complete strangers to know (i.e. last name, phone numbers and addresses).
